Patriots Keys to Victory

The Broncos have won all year by getting an early lead, running the ball, controlling the clock, and winning the turnover battle. So to win, the Patriots have to stop the Broncos on these four points:

• The Patriots need to prevent the Broncos from getting a quick lead, and even better, get an early lead themselves.
• The Pats have to stop Denver's running game, forcing Plummer to throw.
• The Patriots need to find someway to control the clock themselves by getting some kind of running game going.
• The Patriots need to protect the ball, and pressure Plummer into making some mistakes.
